Age 21 and over

Player protection

Gambling can be addictive. We are obliged – and it matters to us – to encourage responsible play and to help prevent gambling addiction.

Age limit and admission check

Admission is permitted only from the age of 21. Age is checked at the entrance. Children and young people may not be present in a gaming hall, even when accompanied by adults.

OASIS exclusion system

Before every entry, guests are checked against the nationwide exclusion database OASIS. Excluded persons are refused entry, as are persons under the influence of alcohol.

Self-exclusion

You can have yourself excluded at any time. The request can be made to us verbally or in writing; information material and request forms are available in the gaming hall. The exclusion applies throughout Germany and to all forms of gambling.

Speak to our staff. The conversation remains confidential.

Social concept and trained staff

We operate under a social concept. Our customer-facing staff are specially trained in accordance with Section 8 of the Lower Saxony Gaming Hall Act, including the early recognition of problematic gambling behaviour.

Further information

  • Smoking is prohibited in the gaming hall.
  • No payment services are provided and no credit or payment facilities are granted.
  • A supervisor is present at all times during operation.
